Maître Nadim Souhaid
Nadim Souhaid was educated at St. Joseph University in Beirut where he was awarded a Lebanese degree in Private Law. He was admitted at the Beirut Bar Association in 1992. He also followed for two years Mathematics scholarship. While practising law in a law firm in Beirut, Nadim Souhaid completed a Masters in Business Administration at the Ecole Superieure des Affaires in Beirut (ESA) where he was awarded a diploma from the ESA-HEC and from the ESCP-EAP. He worked for nine years in a law firm and since 2000, he founded a law firm based in Beirut. He has also authored a number of articles including a thesis on arbitration and a dissertation on the Labor Law in Lebanon. He is also member of the board and one of the founders of "Offre-joie" a Lebanese association and member of the Board of another Lebanese association "apsad". He participated in several seminars and congress related to arbitration, mediation, fiducie, trusts etc. Mr. Souhaid also lectures law (Legal and Financial Structures) at the Faculty of Sciences – Master of Actuaries – at the St Joseph University, and at the "Institut Superieur des Sciences de l'Assurrance" in the same university.
